Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 699 bet Platform. All content on the 699 bet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "699 bet", the 699 bet logo and visual identity, website design, layout, graphics, user interface elements, written content, promotional materials, software code, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 699 bet or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, or publish any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 699 bet.
• Use the 699 bet name, logo, or brand elements in any commercial context, including in advertising, social media promotions, or affiliate marketing activity not expressly authorised in writing.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software forming part of the Platform.
• Sell, licence, sub-licence, rent, or otherwise transfer access to the Platform or any of its content to any third party.

Game content and software supplied by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. Use of such content is subject to the provider's own intellectual property terms in addition to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 699 bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 699 bet is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from interruptions to Platform service, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials.
• Losses arising from delays, errors, or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for live sports betting markets.
• Losses arising from game disconnections caused by your internet service provider, mobile network operator, or device failure.
• Losses of any kind resulting from your reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Any tax liability you incur in connection with winnings or transactions on the Platform. Tax obligations arising from gambling winnings are your sole responsibility in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Closure by You: You may request the closure of your 699 bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process the closure within 48 hours, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by 699 bet: 699 bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point.
• Your account activity constitutes bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• You are under the age of 18 or have otherwise failed to meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Upon termination for cause, 699 bet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds were acquired through fraudulent or prohibited activity, those funds may be permanently forfeited. Real-money deposits that are confirmed as legitimate will be returned to their verified source.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. 699 bet will attempt to contact you via your registered email address prior to any administrative action being taken on an inactive account. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts after the initial 12-month inactive period, as detailed in the account settings section of the Platform.

699 bet reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made for reasons including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the Platform's product offering, changes to payment processing arrangements, or the correction of errors or ambiguities in previously published terms.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 699 bet will notify registered account holders via a notification displayed upon next login and, where practical, via the registered email address. Minor clarifications or non-material corrections may be made without specific notification, with the revised Effective Date updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

All previous versions of these Terms are superseded by the current version upon its effective date. In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.
